The COVID-19 pandemic has undoubtedly changed the way in which organizations communicate; virtual means of communication have grown in popularity and have become a necessity. The result of this rapid change has also brought about a need for new skills, particularly in presenting, and the ability to efficiently communicate information within a short period of time by digital means.
The participating universities have realized these new requirements and created the BESPOKE project with the primary objective to enhance the employability of learners (and young adults) by developing their skills in business presentation, problem-solving, business communication, and their ability to operate in a digital environment.
To achieve this purpose, the BESPOKE project has taken the “pitch” method of presentation; a typically short, succinct, and focused way of presenting, and has extended its scope of use in digital education, the business environment, and communications to create a new method - the Digital Pitch-type Presentation (hereafter Digital P-T-P).
